That wasn’t enough for some, who say more opportunity for public input is needed.</p><p>The Wyoming Outdoor Council’s Richard Garrett says the federally mandated 90 day comment period is not sufficient. “We, together with a number of other conservation groups, are requesting a sixty-day extension to the comment period.
