Both days are filled with concerts by high school and middle school jazz groups from around Wyoming. Guest artists from around the country will provide feedback to the performers and conduct clinics with the groups. Kalam has directed professional orchestras around the world, and for more than two decades, he’s directed the University of North Carolina Symphony Orchestra. The Alex Nauman Jazz Trio will start the event with a free performance from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Cody City Park. The &ldquo;Jazz on the Lawn&rdquo; outdoor jazz event will be held the next day at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center outdoor stage in Cody with a different set of music featured every 45 minutes from 5:00 to 10:00 PM.
