Laramie, Wy – The University of Wyoming and General Electric Co. have reached an agreement on how to develop a coal research plant. The plant will allow research into coal gasification and "clean coal" technologies. It will use coal from Wyoming's vast reserves. Wyoming is the nation's leading coal producer.
