About Wyoming Catholic College - Lander
Wyoming Catholic College is proud to announce the release of its new promotional film: “Wisdom in God’s Country.” The result of more than a year of filming by Grassroots Films-- the studio behind “The Human Experience” and the USCCB’s vocational video, “Fishers of Men” -- this video is the most recent and most comprehensive look at one of the nation’s newest, most exciting educational institutions.
Our remote location is one of the things that makes this college so unique,” says Mark Randall, WCC’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement, “and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. But the challenge of showing the outside world what’s going on here in Lander, Wyoming is one of the greatest obstacles we face. With this video, we finally have a piece that begins to explain the extraordinary things taking place at WCC.”
This marks the college’s third project with Grassroots Films, which also collaborated on last year’s Inaugural Graduation promo as well as on the “Teaser Trailer” for this very film. And the results have been highly successful. “We’re thrilled with this piece,” says Father Robert Cook, President and Co-Founder of WCC. “I think the directors have really captured some of the ‘essence’ that is Wyoming Catholic. And we’re confident that it will help greatly in introducing (and explaining) WCC to the many people out there who have been waiting for just such an institution.”
