Casper, Jackson, Greybull papers honored

CHEYENNE, wyo – Newspapers in Casper, Jackson and Greybull
won top awards for excellence Saturday at the Wyoming Press
Association's annual convention.
The Casper Star-Tribune, Jackson Hole News & Guide and the
Greybull Standard won honors in the WPA's "general excellence"
competition among daily, large weekly and small weekly newspapers,
respectively.
Members of the Utah Press Association judged Wyoming's
newspapers based on editions for the year that ended Oct. 31. The
general excellence category recognizes consistently outstanding
work in news reporting, feature writing, page design, photography,
advertisement design and typography.
