Washington, DC – Wyoming Congresswoman Barbara Cubin was among the minority of representatives who voted against legislation Tuesday night to overhaul the nation's intelligence structure. The bill passed the US House by a 336-75 vote. It's is expected to be approved by the Senate and signed into law by the President. But just before the vote, Representative Cubin told the Associated Press that she was voting against the bill because it didn't do enough to address the role of immigration in fighting terrorism. Cubin pointed out that the September 11th hijackers all had legal driver's licenses, which they used as identification when they flew.
