Democratic Candidate for Auditor Wants to Make Change

Laramie, Wy – The Democrat running for State Auditor says he decided to get into the race because he feels he's a great match for the position. Bill Eikenberry has worked for the federal government, overseeing thousands of people, millions of dollars and millions of acres of land. Plus he was a regional economist. So, he says he'd take that to the Auditor's Office and help supply the governor and legislature with more information to make government more efficient.
Eikenberry says he could do the extra analysis without increasing the budget.
He is running against Republican Rita Meyer.
