Laramie, Wy – Because heating bills should be extreme this winter, Wyoming democrats are calling for a special legislative session to help those severely affected. State Senator Mike Massie says some will be very hard hit. But Speaker of the House Randall Luthi says there is not enough time between now and the budget session in February to prepare a special session. Republicans have suggested a bipartisan task force quickly study the issue and suggest appropriate legislation.
