Yellowstone National Park, WY – The reconstruction of the Sylvan Pass road in Yellowstone National Park will be costlier and take longer than originally planned. An engineer for the Federal Highway Administration says because of damaged culverts and other problems, the project might take a year longer than planned, possibly stretching into 2007.
