Laramie, WY – Members of the U-S Senate continue working on a massive health care bill and a topic of disagreement surrounds the establishment of a Government run health care program.
Senator Mike Enzi is a member of the committee and said he opposes any attempts to establish a federal health insurance program. Enzi says if the Government does that, it will put private insurers out of business: "You gotta have competition. One plan is not the answer to it. You are not adding options, you are taking away options when you go to a government plan."
The idea behind the plan is to try and provide health care for all citizens. The Senate will continue its work next week.
