Wyoming – The town of Glendo, between Douglas and Wheatland, is still feeling the impacts of this spring's snowmelt and rainfall. Glendo's mayor, Susan Juschka tells Molly Messick that the flooding is hard to handle, for a town that earns a lot of its income through tourism.
