Cheyenne, Wyo. – During his State of the State message, Freudenthal pointed out that Wyoming has gone through a period of growth.
And while Freudenthal says Wyoming's economy is strong, he says the spending that has increased by leaps and bounds in previous years needs to slow down
Senator Phil Nicholas, who co-chairs the appropriations committee, agrees with Freudenthal.
Freudenthal also spent time discussing bills he supports such as property tax breaks for those on fixed incomes, better regulations of subdivisions and carbon-capture legislation.
