Jackson Hole, Wy – Grand Teton National Park is looking for public comment on its proposed Transportation plan. The Draft Environmental Impact Statement proposes a limited transit program, roadway shoulder improvements and pathways for bikes and walkers. Park Spokeswoman Joan Anzelmo says the pathways could provide a new experience for those visiting the park. Anzelmo says other transit options would also connect riders with the town of Jackson. Anzelmo says the preferred alternative in the draft E-I-S is number three, but there are other options that can be considered. The document is available on the park website. Public comments will be accepted until August.
