riverton, wy – A program designed to help young people graduate and get jobs will soon be in Wyoming. Officials say that the Wyoming Job Corps office is scheduled to open by 2011 in Riverton. Those involved with the effort have hired an expert in such facilities to put the final touches on Wyoming's operation. A job corps helps those ages 16 to 24 and Sandy Barton with the Fremont County Board of Education says that it will also help Wyoming's workforce.
Barton says over 300 Wyoming residents are expected to take part in the program and they will be trained to fill vacancies in the state.
