Laramie, WY – Two years ago, Hurricane Katrina swept through the Gulf Coast and destroyed Ginny Warren's home. Now, Warren is busy rebuilding her life with her son in a small town near the Wind River Indian Reservation. She recently opened a New Orleans style restaurant with the help of her son, and she has slowly adjusted to western life.
I love it. I didn't think you could find people nicer than what you have in the south, but guess what, the West is incredible, Warren says.
Warren lived in Waveland, Mississippi. She says strong emotions have come back on each anniversary of the storm.
