Legislation Looks at Out-Migration of Youth

Cheyenne – For years Wyoming officials have discussed the need to attract more young people to the state, or simply to keep those people from leaving. Wyoming Public Radio's Bob Beck reports that the issue remains on the minds of some legislators.
