Laramie, WY – The Wyoming Democratic Party chairman says superdelegates should not overturn the national popular vote for the party's presidential candidate. Democrats are considering allowing superdelegates to have the final say in who gets picked to represent the party.
Cheyenne superdelegate John Millin is supporting Barack Obama. Obama is positioned to be the candidate with the majority of the popular vote. But Millin says if Hillary Clinton is able to surpass Obama in these areas, he would rather support Clinton than overturn the popular vote as a superdelegate.
