Old Forest Roads To Be Fixed Or Eliminated

Laramie, Wy – Wyoming will soon be getting several million dollars to clean up or erase old and unused roads in national forests. The Wilderness society's Joe Kirkvliet says these old roads can cause landslides and other dangers to the public.Kirkvliet says the effort can improve habitat. Many forests have already been determining which roads should be included in the program. Forest access will be a consideration.
