Park officials do not believe hikers survived

Grand Teton National Park – Bad weather stopped rescue efforts for two missing hikers in Grand Teton National Park. The hikers, 27-year-old Walker Kuhl, of Salt Lake City, and 31-year-old Gregory Seftick, of Columbia Falls, Montana were reported missing on Monday and searchers have used dogs and high tech equipment to try and find them. Park Spokeswoman Jackie Skaggs says officials have reached a difficult conclusion.
"Well we've had several conversations about that and the families are here in Grand Teton National Park. And we've gradually been able to come to the conclusion that we may not be finding survivors."
Skaggs says weather will likely not allow them to search again until Saturday. She adds that it is unusual for Grand Teton to not be able to find missing people within 24 hours.
