President Search Still Stalled

Laramie, Wy – Despite several hours of closed door discussion, the University of Wyoming trustees still have not picked a search firm to look for a New President. Trustees reviewed various firms and have narrowed their list down to two and will research both groups before picking someone to find a replacement for Phil Dubois. Trustee President Judy Richards says despite the delay in moving ahead with a search Richards says all is well.
Trustee Peggy Rounds adds that they also need to clarify what type of person they want to hire. But she agrees that they are all satisfied with President Tom Buchanan who has not indicated whether he would be interested in the position on a permanent basis.
