Laramie, WY – Denver International Airport reopened today at noon after being closed for about 48 hours. In that time, private jet companies picked up a lot of business from stranded travelers who were willing to pay top dollar to fly in and out of other Rocky Mountain airports. For example, the company One Sky Jets saw a jump of 400 percent in business this week, mostly due to flights in and out of Colorado. Justin Sullivan is a vice president of sales for the Boston-based company. He says he's gotten dozens of calls in the last two and a half days. Private jet travel may not be everyone's first back-up plan. One trip will cost you between $20,000 and $40,000.
