Cheyenne, WY – Students from Wyoming who want to receive the Hathaway Scholarship will have to take two foreign language courses, among other classes. That is, if the bill that passed the state Senate on Tuesday becomes law. Sneator Cale Case says he doesn't like the requirements. He says he would prefer it if anyone could receive the money. And he says it should not only be used to encourage people to get prepared for college. Representatives from the House and Senate will now meet to try to reach a compromise on the two versions of the bill.
