Top teacher expects graduation rates to rise

Laramie, Wyo. – The state superintendent is expecting Wyoming's graduation rate to improve as more programs are implemented to help so called at-risk students.

Superintendent Jim McBride says that the legislature has funded new programs to help these students.

McBride says it will take more than money. He says it is up to individual school districts to design programs to meet their local needs.
