West Nile Won't Be Around Much Longer

Cheyenne, Wy – Wyomingites may only have to worry about
West Nile Virus for only a couple more weeks.
State West Nile virus coordinator Terry Creekmore says recent
cold weather has helped decrease the number of mosquitoes.
That could mean an early end to this year's threat. But
Creekmore suggests taking precautions at least until the middle of
October.
The first hard freeze will eliminate the threat until the spring
thaw.
