Wyoming Foster Care Still Has Challenges

Cheyenne, Wy – Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal is encouraging those who work on Foster Care issues to keep pushing to improve the system. Freudenthal says they have had a mixed bag of success with Foster Care in the state. He says it is important to get a system that works well, because it can prevent future problems. While there have been highs, Freudenthal says there are still plenty of lows to fix. A conference is being held on the Foster Care issue this week.
