A form of Universal health care started right here---among Cowboys and cattlemen on the Open Range of Wyoming in the 1880's. It is no surprise why or how it started, but as University of Wyoming historian Phil Roberts tells us, it's demise ought to be a cautionary tale for those advocating non-government co-ops instead of a public option for Universal Health Insurance
