Washington D-C – Wyoming is bucking the national trend on
existing home sales.
A survey by the National Association of Realtors finds sales of
previously-owned homes in Wyoming increased by nearly eleven
percent during the second quarter.
The next state with the highest sales was Iowa at 4.1 percent.
Nationally, homes sales fell in 41 states during the April
through June quarter. Only six states had increases in home sales.
One state was unchanged and two states had incomplete data.
