Washington, D.C – Wyoming coal interests are keeping a close eye on this week's debate in the US Senate over the comprehensive energy bill. The bill contains a provision which could spur efforts to convert Wyoming coal into clean diesel and other forms of energy. But there is concern over who is pushing for this provision.
