Twenty-one people were killed and 85 wounded in the three bombings at the Red Sea resort.
The U-S government arranged for transportation of the Wyoming family to a base in Germany, where U-S troops seriously wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan are treated.
Family member Beth Lamberson Warren says that the family spent most of the day undergoing surgery and evaluations at the hospital.
